01 How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion directly from either 4uever app:

• Open the 4uever Provider App.or 4uever Customer App.
• Go to Profile / Menu.
• Select Account Privacy / Delete Account Request.
• Submit your account deletion request.

Our team will process your request and delete your account and eligible associated data.

You can also contact us through the support/contact option provided on our website.

02 Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymize, where applicable:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number associated with the account
• User profile information
• Account and authentication information
• Service and booking information associated with your account
• Location information associated with your account, where applicable
• Other personal information associated with your account

03 Additional Provider Data

For users of the 4uever Provider App, this may also include:

• Provider profile information
• Aadhaar/identity verification information
• PAN information
• Driving licence information
• Other documents submitted for provider verification
• Provider service and booking information

These documents and personal information will be deleted or anonymized where legally permitted.

04 Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may need to be retained for a limited period when required for legitimate purposes, including:

• Legal or regulatory compliance
• Fraud prevention and security
• Financial and accounting records
• Resolution of disputes
• Pending transactions or services
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Any information that is required to be retained will be stored securely and retained only for the period necessary for the applicable purpose. After the required retention period, the information will be deleted or anonymized.
